Simply put the products in the shopping cart, which automatically calculates the shipping price!
You decide when and where the parcel should be. On the day of dispatch you will receive an SMS/Mail from DPD that your parcel has arrived. On the following day you will be given the opportunity to decide on which day the item should be delivered where.
Due to the current worldwide pandemic there are unfortunately also delays in shipping and delivery. Please take this into account when placing your order. We try to ship within 3 to 7 working days, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.
Here are some examples:
Select neighbour: We deliver the parcel to the desired neighbour in the vicinity.
Issue parking permit
Pickup Parcel Shop: We store the package 7 days before it is returned to the sender.
Change location: We deliver the package to another address, e.g. to friends or the office.
Change tag: Postpone delivery by up to 7 days.
On the delivery day itself, we tell the recipient exactly when his parcel will arrive. In live tracking, the time window is even updated to up to 30 minutes.
